Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and Justin Baldoni got sushi for lunch on Tuesday. Justin Baldoni is an actor and is dating Miley’s Last Song costar Melissa Ordway.

Who would Miley Cyrus like to collaborate with?
“Lady Gaga. I love her as a person because she doesn’t do what everybody else is doing and that’s very important.”
Miley said she’s going to be part of the We Are the World re-make. “I think everybody who is collaborating on that is really talented.”
She added, “I think it’s really important that everybody come together because disaster relief isn’t just now. It’s how we’re going to help years from now. We have to restore an entire place. It just can’t be one person, one foundation, one group of people. All people have to come together and that’s what We Are the World is all about. “
Even her Herve Leger dress is going to Haiti relief, she said. “I’m going to auction it off on eBay afterward for the Red Cross. It’s the little things you can do.”
Her date for tonight wasn’t boyfriend Liam Hemsworth (and for the record, she told Ryan Seacrest she is not engaged). “I promised my mom a date night. I’m only here for a little while.”
We’re all pretty guilty of analyzing just about everything in Miley Cyrus’ life—her tattoo, her quasi-pole dance, her Twitter, her feelings toward Twilight—which has gotta be pretty weird for any teenager. Now, Miley tries to come to terms with what that means for her in February’s Harper’s Bazaar.
“My job is to be a role model, and that’s what I want to do, but my job isn’t to be a parent,” she tells the fashion mag. “My job isn’t to tell your kids how to act or how not to act, because I’m still figuring that out for myself. So to take that away from me is a bit selfish. Your kids are going to make mistakes whether I do or not. That’s just life.”
Ok, maybe that’s a little contradictory, but we see where she’s going…
It’s the old Glambert “I’m not a babysitter” line of thinking. It’s hard to reconcile what it means to be the star of a children’s show while also trying to grow up and become a young adult in the public’s eye.
Plus, she’s been living in L.A. and that’ll mess with anyone’s head, especially young heads. Miley says she gets cry-happy when she leaves La-La Land. She shot her upcoming movie The Last Song in Georgia and explains just how exciting that was.
“I got on the plane [to Georgia], and I was lying in my mom’s lap and crying and saying, I’m so happy to be getting out of L.A.,” Miley says.
During the shoot, ”I went out every night with my friends. I did karaoke. I danced. All this stuff would’ve been such a big deal in Los Angeles: Who’s she with? Why is she dancing? I felt alive and real. It’s so much easier to know who you are when there aren’t a thousand people telling you who they think you are. I felt like I was really figuring myself out. Usually I have someone whispering in my ear, but I was on my own.”
As for the future of the Miley Cyrus brand, she’s shooting the fourth and final season of Hannah Montana this year, The Last Song is out in April and she’s working on another pop album. “Then I want to come out with an album that’s really who I am,” she says, but adds, “I don’t know exactly who that is yet.”

Bret Michaels, the Rock of Love star, says there’s “nothing I have to be defensive about,” in reference to his new track featuring Miley Cyrus.
Michaels said he received a lot of feedback about having Miley, who is 17 years old, singing harmonies to his suggestive lyrics for his country-rock ballad “Nothin’ to Lose” which was released online last week.
The song, about a romance gone bad features lyrics about getting undressed slowly and Michaels said it was written a couple of years ago. Miley was added to the track after he played the song for her during a recording session for Cyrus’ cover of Michaels’ “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”
Michaels said, “[Miley was] like, ‘This is an incredible song, it’s beautiful. Maybe I could [add] some stuff to it, some harmonies.’ She was excited about not having to follow any rules.”
He also noted that the suggestive lyrics are not about Miley. “It has no reference to her and I. It’s not even a duet,” he said. “It’s blown out of proportion. As god is my witness, there is nothing I have to be defensive about. I’m a good dad. I just thought it was a beautiful song.”
Michael’s, the father of two young girls, said he is a fan of Miley and thinks the debate has gotten out of hand.

March 02, 2010 MILEY CYRUS CONFIRMED TO PRESENT AT OSCARS
Although it was not yet revealed what award the teen star will present, Miley Cyrus has been confirmed as a presenter at the upcoming 82nd annual Academy Awards ceremony.
A number of other teen stars are set to present also including Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, and Zac Efron.
Besides her Hannah Montana series, the daughter of country star Billy Ray Cyrus is also in the new film Last Song with Greg Kinnear.
The Academy Awards will take place on March 7th at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles.

Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth were seen taking a walk through her Toluca Lake, California neighborhood on Sunday afternoon (Feb.28).
Miley took a photo with a fan also and Liam took the pic on the fan’s iPhone.

Miley performed Can’t Be Tamed on Britain’s Got Talent on Thursday.
UPDATE: Apparently this performance is causing controversy because Miley kissed one of her female dancers. I didn’t even notice this the first time I watched the video.

Did Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth break up? That’s the big question that’s floating around the internet today.
According to the National Enquirer:
“Liam Hemsworth moved out of her new Los Angeles home after a nasty fight that had them hurling bitter accusations at each other, say sources.
Miley’s relationship with Liam began unraveling swiftly when her parents blamed Liam for her wild antics. At the same time, Miley became jealous of his film career.
“The result was a vicious fight – and Liam bolted,” a friend told The ENQUIRER.
This story seems unlikely. It’s from the National Enquirer first of all which has a bad reputation. Secondly the reasons don’t make sense. Why would Miley be jealous of Liam’s film career? It’s not like he even has a great career and Miley’s is much bigger. It also seems unlikely that Miley’s parents would blame Liam for anything. They seem really laid back and accepting of Miley.
I guess we’ll have to wait to see if Miley says anything about this in the next few days. If you have any more info please post it in comments!

It looks like this story was completely false. Miley confirmed on her website that her and Liam DID NOT break up:

Just wanna clear up a rumor. Liam and I did not break. EVER! We are so happy and a lot of that has to do with the amazing relationship he has with my family. We are both so busy right now, so having them by our side supporting us and our career is such a blessing! So any type of rumor that said there was drama with them is completely false. Thanks for letting me clear that up.

Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, and More – Perform for 2010 Nashville Flood Benefit. Many of the biggest names in country music have come together in support of the victims of the flooding in Nashville, they were joined by stars of many other types of music in a benefit called Nashville Rising.
First on stage was Faith Hill who praised people of the city for their dignity and grace during one of the worst natural events to ever hit the state. Her husband Tim McGraw also performed. He was joined on stage by many local dignitaries including Mayor Karl Dean, and Gov. Phil Bredesen. Other performers and special guest included Vince Young and Jeff Fisher from the Tennessee Titans.
Faith said that the night would bring the city together, as famous celebrities, music stars, sportsmen and the city’s officials were no different than the people of the city. They had all suffered at the hands of nature equally.
Carrie Underwood was the first performer, thrilling the audience with the highly appropriate “Jesus Take The Wheel.” She was then followed by an incredible array of musical talent at the city’s Bridgestone Arena, including rockers ZZ Top, teen sensation Miley Cyrus, Lynyrd Skynrd, Martina McBride, Toby Keith, Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, and many more. The event reportedly raised about $2 million dollars.
Just Jared is reporting that Tanz Watson will be joining Demi Moore, Miley Cyrus, Thomas Jane, Douglas Booth and Ashley Greene in the new LOL movie.
